Basically, the investment club will operate as a registered limited liability company. There will be 10 shareholders with equal shareholding at 10% each.
The company will run strictly as an investment firm and its aim is to seek out investment opportunities for capital gains.
Each shareholder will agree to contribute N100k monthly which together will make 1m and is to be invested as agreed upon by all shareholders following a vote where a simple majority takes the day.
